Question: What is The Iconic Date Wedding Series? The Iconic Date Wedding Series is an all-inclusive, intimate wedding experience offered on select, meaningful dates throughout the year. Each date is thoughtfully pre-designed and limited, allowing couples to marry beautifully without the stress of traditional wedding planning.
Question: Is this a pop-up wedding? Yes, but elevated. The Iconic Date Wedding Series is our refined take on a pop-up wedding. Rather than a rushed courthouse ceremony, couples receive a beautifully styled experience.
Question: Can we bring our own vendors? Yes, feel free to bring your own photographer or videographer, to capture your experience. We just ask that you notify us in advance.
Question: Do you have recommended vendors. Yes, we have many vendors we frequently work with. We can give recommandations upon request.
Question: Is a deposit required to reserve a date? Yes. A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your Iconic Date. Remaining balances and payment schedules will be outlined at the time of booking.
Question: What is your cancellation policy? Due to the limited nature of each date, all deposits are non-refundable. If you are unable to proceed, details regarding transfer or credit options (if applicable) will be outlined in your booking agreement.
Question: Do we need to obtain our marriage license? Yes. Couples are responsible for obtaining their marriage license prior to their wedding date, in accordance with local regulations.
Question: How far in advance should we book? Iconic Dates are limited. We recommend reserving your date as soon as it becomes available to avoid missing your preferred option.
Question: How do we reserve our Iconic Date? Simply select your preferred date, submit your booking request, and complete your deposit. Once reserved, you’ll receive next steps and planning details to prepare for your Iconic Date.

We'll guide you through the details included in your package, confirm your ceremony preferences, and make sure everything is ready for your wedding day. For Private Wedding Experiences, couples are responsible for planning and coordinating any additional vendors or services not included in the package.
